Hi folks! It's finally here! You are invited, one-and-all to the Edinburgh College of Art 09' Degree Show. Trust me folks, this is gonna be a good un'!
Hallo, Unfortunately the site I used to liberate my film from its rapidly deteriorating dvd has felt the need to advertise over the top of it. I hope it doesn't make it unwatchable. This is my soul my friends, my soul. Also my first ever drawn animation. Enjoy!
This is the first post that contains animation that I'm really not happy with. Nothing that I want to get across is there. Why post it? In case anyone is interested in the process of improving a piece of work before the 'final' version. Basically the scene doesn't give the characters any time to think so their movement and actions seem to have no motive. The way the woman moves too, does not show her curiosity overcoming her hostility toward her inconsiderate husband.
The full animatic as of today. I intend to shorten it and improve on it with input from Lewis, my composer. As for now, I shall push on with the most difficult animation so's I don't get any nasty surprises.
An animatic of the first half of my film. I've discovered there's a lot of interpretation between the boards and the final animation. The mood is also vastly improved with colour and an added background.
Hey everyone. Here's a new line test fresh from the lightbox.

Final animation fully rendered for your enjoyment. (note, this post will be taken down in a week to ensure I'm not accused of publishing my film on the internet when I eventually apply for festivals.) This is my first coloured shot and appears near the beginning of the film. Enjoy!
